Lauren Claravall, XTAdministrative Coordinator, Clinical Instructor

    Lauren Claravall, BS, XT graduated with a degree in Biology from UC San Diego (2010) and has worked for the Herbert Wertheim School of Public Health (formerly the Department of Family Medicine and Public Health) ever since. She began as a research assistant for various multi-site research studies at UCSD, including the Diabetes Prevention Program Outcomes Study, performing both measurement collection and administrative assistance. She was  the study coordinator for the MrOS (Osteoporotic Fractures in Men) Study at UCSD until it completed in 2025. Lauren joined the EPARC team in 2018 as the Administrative Coordinator for the School of Bone Densitometry while also assisting in measurement collection for various EPARC projects. In addition to her work with EPARC, she is also the study coordinator for the Study of Hip Fracture Pathology in CKD Patients with the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.
